Delivery Policy

Digital download products can be accessed as soon as your payment has been authorized. Purchases that include physical components (i.e. books, CDs and DVDs) will be despatched within 1-2 business days. You can expect your order to arrive within 5 business days within the United States and up to 14 business days outside the United States. If your shipment has not arrived in that time, simply open a support ticket at www.MindBodyTrainingCompany.com/support and we will be happy to send a replacement at our expense.

Refunds, Replacement & Cancellation Terms

The majority of our customers are very happy with their purchases, but if for some reason you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 60 days of your order. The company will refund your payment less shipping and handling within 1-2 business days of receiving your request. If you receive goods from the Company that are damaged or defective, we will be happy to send replacements of the defective components. Alternatively, you may return all the components for a refund (less shipping and handling). You may cancel an ongoing monthly subscription at any time by visiting the Client Support Center at www.MindBodyTrainingCompany.com/support and opening a new ticket. Please allow 2 business days for processing.
